Account Manager

We currently seek a college graduate in Accounting, Math or Business Administration with good organization and customer contact skills.  This is a good career opportunity for a motivated and professional individual.

This position requires an excellent facility with numbers and computers, good customer relationship skills and a "problem-solving" mindset.  The position also requires a thorough working knowledge of the Schwab RT Recordkeeping application.  Previous operational experience with retirement plan administration is a plus.

Essential Duties:

Act as primary client liaison responsible for the retirement accounts of 75 - 100 mid-size companies.

Maintain accurate retirement account transaction records through oversight of daily processing and daily account reconciliations.

Monitor retirement plan compliance with all relevant federal & state regulations.

Prepare annual government filings for corporate retirement plans.
